“Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind”- Yoga Sutras of Patanjali 1:2. Yoga unites breath with movement, which helps to still the mind, and supports us in turning inward to reflect and heal disconnections between one’s mind, body, and spirit. Yoga is great for cultivating a healthy and flexible body, reducing stress and anxiety, and deepening one’s spiritual practice, among many other mental, physical, and spiritual benefits.

Brittany designs individual and private group yoga classes to support students on their particular journey. Each yoga session includes meditation, breathing exercises, and asanas (yoga postures). She incorporates bio-energetic techniques and chakra-based yoga postures to further clear energy blockages. Each session ends with a relaxing mini Reiki session.
