Gratitude

Good Morning Beautiful World,

I jumped out of my bed because I had to share with you about gratitude.

Gratitude is the state of thankfulness.

It is the vehicle that propels you in receiving more to be thankful for. It is the vehicle that allows you to reflect on how good you currently have it. Gratitude is one of the most important feelings to have. And for those who don’t experience it often, it is important to allow yourself to experience.

For how can you receive an increase if you are not aware of how much you currently have? How can you experience the joy and wonder of all that you are and all that you’ve created, if you do not reflect on all that you currently are and all you’ve created.

Gratitude.

I’ve been doing a gratitude journal every morning for nearly a month, and my experience has been, the more you are actively thankful for, the more you gain to be thankful for.

I’ve also chosen to end each meditation with gratitude for abundance because I understand the more gratitude I have towards abundance, the more abundance I will receive.

Today, I am grateful for who I am. I am grateful for my journey. I am grateful for the experiences I am gaining and the people I am attracting into my life. I am grateful for the power to be my authentic true self with everyone I am coming into contact with. I am grateful for the job interview that I had yesterday morning. I am grateful for the successful meeting I had in the afternoon. I am grateful for traveling mercies and arriving to my destination safely. I am grateful for the ability to realize my spiritual connection with others. I am grateful for sleep. I am grateful for Trader Joe’s and their gluten free bagels! I am grateful for the people I am currently surrounded by. I am grateful for the fresh air I am currently breathing. I am grateful for my laptop. I am grateful for my body. I am grateful for love. I am grateful for peace. I am grateful for my connection with myself. I am grateful for my blog. I am grateful for my readers. I am grateful for the people that encourage me to write. I am grateful for God. I am grateful for abundance.

Love,

Brittany
